2. Eligibility

  • By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Description of the Service

The Service:

  • Helps you manage your job profile.
  • Auto-fills job applications based on your information.
  • Submits applications to employers on your behalf.
  • Stores job-related data and documents you upload.

The Service does NOT guarantee employment outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for your job profile.
  • Use the Service legally.
  • Not misuse or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You understand that automated application submission requires granting us permission to submit applications on your behalf.

5. Consent and Authorization

By using the Service, you provide the following consents as part of this agreement:

5.1 Consent to Auto‑Apply

You authorize us to submit job applications on your behalf using the information you provide.

5.2 Consent to Store Data

You agree that your job‑related data, documents, and profile information may be stored securely on our systems to operate the Service.

5.3 Consent to Share Profile with Employers

You agree that your information may be shared with employers exclusively for the purpose of submitting job applications or creating employer accounts/profiles for you when required.

5.4 Sensitive Data Handling

We do not collect or store sensitive demographic information such as:

  • Race / Ethnicity
  • Gender identity
  • Veteran status
  • Disability status

Whenever an employer requires such information, we will automatically select "I do not wish to answer" on your behalf.

6. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for:

  • Employer decisions
  • AI mistakes in application submissions
  • Job matching accuracy
  • Application system downtime from third parties
  • Employment outcomes

7. Payment, Billing & Refund Policy

If the Service includes paid features:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

7.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of your first charge, provided all three of the following conditions are met:

  1. The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your initial charge.
  2. Fewer than 40 applications have been submitted on your behalf under your account.
  3. None of the applications submitted has resulted in a follow-up.

For the purposes of this policy, a "follow-up" is defined as any response received from a prospective employer relating to a submitted application, including but not limited to:

  • An invitation to schedule or attend an interview (of any format).
  • A request to participate in a phone call or screening.
  • A request to complete an assessment, test, or task.
  • A request for additional information, documents, or clarification.

If any of the above conditions are not satisfied, we are unable to issue a refund. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7.2 Other Refunds

Outside of the 30-day window described above, refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Misuse the platform
  • Attempt to circumvent security or automation safeguards

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Updates will be posted with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
